If you have a secondary degree (high school diploma or equivalent), you need a minimum of 60 months of project management experience.

Project Management Experience:

You must have a minimum of 4,500 hours of project management experience leading and directing projects (with a four-year degree).
You must have a minimum of 7,500 hours of project management experience leading and directing projects (with a secondary degree).

Project Management Education:

35 contact hours of formal project management education must be completed.

PMP® Application Process
